How do I install my email signature?

You can install your signature manually or automatically. Workspace administrators can automatically deploy signatures to their organization. Individual users can copy their signature from our editor and paste it into Gmail settings.

Can I use Firma with my personal Gmail account?

Yes! Just create your awesome email signature with Firma and manually install it by copying and pasting it into your Gmail settings. Just click on the install button in the options menu of your signature. Kindly note that automatic installation is only available for Google Workspace accounts.

Is my data secure?

Yes! Firma uses secure authentication methods and does not store your Google credentials. We only access the information necessary to provide our signature management service.

How do I add the Google Workspace Marketplace app?

Workspace administrators can install the Firma app from the Google Workspace Marketplace. After installation, connect your Firma account to enable automatic signature deployment.

What permissions does the app require?

The app requires permissions to:

• Read user information from your Google Workspace account
• Manage Gmail settings to deploy email signatures
• Access directory information to identify users and groups

Can I deploy signatures to my entire organization?

Yes! After installing the app, you can create and deploy signatures to your entire organization, specific departments, or individual users.

How do I uninstall the app?

To uninstall, go to the Google Admin Console > Apps > Marketplace Apps > find Firma and click on "Uninstall".

Why isn't the automatic signature installation working?

This usually happens when:

• The app doesn't have the required Gmail settings permissions
• The user's account is not part of your Google Workspace
• There's a temporary issue with the Google API
